2 Production Details
The production process of modular folding houses begins with welding the steel frame to create a sturdy support structure. Subsequently, surface painting enhances durability and aesthetics. Prefabricated wall panels, roofs, and floors are then fabricated in the factory to ensure precision and quality. After passing quality inspections, these components are assembled on-site and secured together using connectors. Meanwhile, electrical and plumbing systems are installed and connected. Finally, interior and exterior finishing takes place, including floor installation, wall decoration, and door/window placement. Quality control is maintained throughout, ensuring the structural integrity and functionality of modular folding houses.

A:Annual Production: container house 72000sets,prefab house 564000square meters;portable toilet 24000sets;steel structure 360000square meters .

A:We will provide installation instruction and video for you, technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation,wages will be provided by buyers.
